You will collect data, prepare reports, and assist in delivering financial planning advice for more complex client scenarios.

The role involves handling information requests, maintaining client relationships at a technical level, and ensuring processes align with internal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• NQF4 or equivalent required.
• Strong data analysis and numerical ability essential.
• Proficient with standard office software and reporting tools.
• Experience in documenting financial planning or advisory processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Data collection and analysis using preset tools; ability to work independently.
• Provide information and advice on complex processes per policy guidelines.
• Prepare moderately complex documents; compile data for reports.
• Generate standard reports by extracting and combining data.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships via calls or visits.

While not client-facing in most cases, paraplanners play a crucial role in ensuring that financial advice is accurate, compliant, and well-documented.# Responsibilities## ## Data Collection and AnalysisCollate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.## Information and Business AdviceResolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.## Document PreparationPrepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.## Insights and ReportingExtract and combine data to generate standard reports.## Customer Relationship Management / Account ManagementMake calls (by telephone or in person) to allocated customers to maintain and strengthen existing relationships. Act as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.## Financial AdviceConduct comprehensive financial planning and advice services for more complex client situations.## SalesDeliver mostly routine sales support services.## Operational ComplianceDevelop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.## Personal Capability BuildingDevelop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
