Job description

Our reputable client in the financial services industry based in Dunkeld West is looking to employ to an Advisory Assistant who has excellent experience in Medical Aid and Gap cover. The successful applicant will provide administration and support to Advisors in relation to medical aid, health insurance and gap cover and will assist clients with related queries.

Requirements:

• Matric
• FAIS (RE5) – REQUIRED
• Appropriate tertiary qualification will be an advantage
• At least 2 years in an advisory role with an emphasis on medical aid and gap cover.
• Fluency in English and at least one African language
• Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of healthcare products and applicable legislation
• Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation
• Driver License and own vehicle – ESSENTIAL
