Advisory Assistant – Specialist in Medical Aid, Health Insurance and Gap Cover – Kloof

A well-respected and reputable financial services company based in Kloof is looking to employ an Advisory Assistant who has excellent experience in Medical Aid and Gap cover. The successful applicant will provide administration and support to Advisors in relation to medical aid, health insurance, and gap cover and will assist clients with related queries.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Appropriate tertiary qualification will be an advantage
• At least 3 years in an advisory role with an emphasis on medical aid and gap cover
• Experience in Outlook (Excel is important), Teams/SharePoint, and/or CRM system
• Must have good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation
