Job Description

To contribute to a positive workforce experience for Group CoEs or designated business units/corporate functions/geographies by providing solutions to address requirements. Partner with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights for decision-making. Interpret future requirements and shifts in CoE practices, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritizing, and ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives to meet needs.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

Degree in Social Science or equivalent.

Experience Required
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated workplace experience in Learning, with evidence of contribution to the People & Culture practice.
  • Experience in creating sustainable learning journeys and experiences to enable the workforce to meet changing business priorities and challenges regarding future skills and capabilities.
  • Ability to facilitate digital innovation learning by linking objectives to the Standard Bank competency framework and recommending appropriate learning experiences.
  • Identify funding opportunities by collaborating with teams liaising with regulators and training bodies.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital innovation, providing insights to forecast future changes in CoE practices.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to maintain networks.
  • Monitor expenditure and contribute to budget planning and management.
  • Participate in designing and developing learning experiences for projects, ensuring a positive workforce experience.
  • Propose options for third-party resources based on budget and delivery considerations.
  • Provide feedback on initiatives' success and suggest improvements.
  • Willing to participate in Programme Activation for the NFR Academy and other flagship programmes, including data capturing.
