Qualifications

• Matric and FAIS qualifications plus RE5/120 credits are required.
• Experience in wealth management, financial planning and marketing in financial services.
• Regulatory knowledge, compliance awareness and CPD points are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct coaching, vesting, developing, supervising and performance managing a portfolio of newly appointed financial advisers for the first 24 months.
• Ensure advisers are retained, competent and productive as quickly as possible.
• Lead activity, productivity and performance management; upskill advisers on products, systems, processes and compliance.
• Drive focused coaching, vesting and development across market segments; recruit advisers and source vesting in Key Accounts.
