Job Summary

Provide specialist advice and support for day-to-day work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Description
  • Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners, and other Absa entities.
  • Sales Target: Proactively make self-initiated contact with customers to deliver against the required sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Plan activities by identifying the clients to be contacted during a particular period.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfill all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.
  • Manage own broker practice: Ensure that staff members (Broker Assistants and Interns as relevant) have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities within the practice.
