Job Title: Advice Enablement Specialist

Job Description

  1. Provide expertise, advice, and support for the financial advisory philosophy and framework across the product matrix to achieve sales objectives through coaching and enabling Money Managers, Financial Advisors, and Wealth Managers.
  2. Develop insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to improve the financial advisory environment.
  3. Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements, adhering to relevant processes.
  4. Promote understanding and efficient adoption of the financial advisory philosophy through coaching and mentoring front-line sales roles.
  5. Participate in communities of practice and contribute to organizational knowledge improvement.
  6. Share knowledge with sales teams to maximize skills using the Business Advice philosophy and advice processes.
  7. Assist in upskilling sales roles to achieve team sales targets.
  8. Conduct hands-on training for front-line sales roles to enhance financial advisory capabilities.
  9. Actively coach by providing advice on solutions, products, and processes to improve sales techniques and business performance.
  10. Adjust coaching approaches for different audiences.
  11. Track and influence business activities to increase supervised deals.
  12. Ensure solutions and advice meet standards to enhance service, sales, and mitigate risks.
  13. Drive the delivery of exceptional advice through appropriate solutions and proposals.
  14. Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, procedures, and timelines to ensure successful implementation.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • FSCA recognized Degree - NQF Level 7
  • RE1 and RE5 certifications
  • CAT I and CAT II licenses, preferably KI
  • 5-7 years' experience as a Financial Advisor
  • 2 years as a Wealth Manager
  • Experience in Sales, Retail, or Business Development roles
