To provide expertise, advice, and support for the financial advisory philosophy and framework across the end-to-end product matrix, aiming to achieve front-line sales objectives through coaching and enabling Money Managers, Financial Advisors, and Wealth Managers to deliver the best advice to clients in accordance with business rules and FAIS requirements.

  • Develop insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to improve the financial advisory environment.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
  • Ensure the understanding and efficient adoption of the financial advisory philosophy through coaching and mentoring front-line sales roles.
  • Participate in communities of practice and contribute to organisational knowledge enhancement.
  • Share knowledge with sales teams to maximise skills, utilizing the Business Advice philosophy and advice processes.
  • Assist in upskilling sales roles to meet team sales targets.
  • Facilitate and conduct hands-on training for front-line sales roles to improve financial advisory capabilities.
  • Coach actively by providing advice on solutions, products, and processes to enhance sales techniques, skills, and business performance.
  • Adjust coaching approaches for different audiences.
  • Track and influence business activities to increase supervised deals.
  • Ensure solutions and advice meet set standards to enhance service, sales, and mitigate risks.
  • Drive the delivery of exceptional advice through appropriate solutions and proposals.
  • Maintain expertise on specific products, pricing, procedures, and timelines to ensure successful implementation.

Minimum Requirements
  • FSCA recognized Degree - NQF Level 7
  • RE1 and RE5
  • CAT I and CAT II licenses, preferably a KI
  • CFP designation is advantageous
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
  • 2 years as a Wealth Manager
  • Management experience is advantageous
