Old Mutual seeks a Financial Adviser to leverage the African opportunity and drive sales in financial services. Candidates must have a minimum qualification of Matric, 12 months of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong consultative selling skills, customer focus, and the ability to manage complex relationships overcoming challenges. Relevant certifications are advantageous, especially in long-term insurance and financial advisory regulations.

Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of Matric or equivalent
A minimum 12 months’ financial services experience as a Financial Adviser
A minimum of Long-term Insurance Class of Business completion.
Completion of additional FAIS requirements such as Investments Class of Business, the Regulatory Examination 5 (RE5), an FSCA-approved qualification will be advantageous.
Other requirements
A valid driver’s licence and own car
A clear criminal and credit check
