Advances Technical Support Assistant - National

To provide administrative support to the sales representatives regarding finance deals approved, ensuring that all pre- and post-administration aspects are completed efficiently and effectively, in strict adherence to the bank's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Creation of non-FICA compliant customers and sureties on the bank's system.
  2. Updating existing CIF information, including customer, demographic, and financial details for individuals and companies.
  3. Creation of necessary General Accounts for each customer.
  4. Creation of vendors and Vendor Payable accounts.
  5. Liaising with sales representatives regarding queries on specific customer creation.
  6. Creating collateral on MS for all finance transactions.
  7. Creating all finance facilities on the core banking system for new, increased, decreased, and modified finance products.
  8. Scanning all necessary documents into the bank's document management system.
  9. Creating drawn-on core banking system entries for finance deals to facilitate document extraction by the credit administration hub.
  10. Conducting watch list checks for onward submission.
  11. Preparing manual approval documents when required.
  12. Processing payouts and posting payouts.
  13. Customer maintenance and other general administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Matric, BCOM Degree, or relevant Diploma.
