Placements24 is recruiting a Specialist Disinfection Technician for the Klerksdorp region to perform advanced disinfection protocols in commercial, industrial, and healthcare settings. You will apply disinfection agents, operate electrostatic sprayers and UV-C equipment, maintain safety and waste procedures, and document outcomes.

Travel within the Klerksdorp area may be required, with flexible hours to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a disinfection technician or in a related specialized cleaning role.
• In-depth knowledge of disinfection agents, their properties, and applicable methods.
• Familiarity with specialized disinfection equipment and technologies.
• Understanding of microbiology and infection control principles.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and responsible handling of hazardous materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulous work.
• Good communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
• Physical fitness to wear protective gear for extended periods.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the Klerksdorp area.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
