ADVANCED AESTHETIC THERAPIST & ADMIN ASSISTANT

Location: Table View - West Coast, Western Cape (South Africa)

Start Date: 01 September 2025

Trading Hours & Shifts:

• Monday - Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm
• Closed on all major public holidays
• Business closure over Christmas & New Year's for all employees

Reports To: Practice Manager / Doctor

Employment Terms: Full-time / Permanent

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Health & Skin Care / Somatology
• Dermal Aesthetics qualification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Laser experience (HR & SJ) preferred
• Confidence and knowledge in advanced aesthetic procedures
• Close proximity to Table View / Milnerton for travel purposes
• Computer and admin skills (data capturing, social media, invoicing)
• Proficiency in English; Afrikaans speaking is a bonus

Experience:

• At least 3+ years in aesthetics (qualified)
• Experience with active ingredients, aesthetic devices, and advanced treatments
• Laser hair removal & skin rejuvenation experience
• Medical practice experience is highly favorable
• Previous admin and reception duties
