About the role

You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of all paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic). Reporting to the Performance Lead, you’ll work side-by-side with our in-house creative, dev, and data teams to drive measurable ROI for clients. In-office only

Minimum requirements
  • 3+ Years’ building and optimising both PPC and paid social campaigns
  • Proven mastery of Looker Studio, GA4, Tag Manager, Merchant Centre
  • Hands-on experience with leading site builders (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace)
  • Completed or booked Certificates : Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs or TikTok Academy
Key responsibilities
  • Plan, launch and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, CPL, ROAD, Conversion Rates
  • Conduct deep keyword and audience research, build rem-marketing and lookalike funnels
  • Analyse performance daily; run A / B and multi-variate test to lift conversions, CPL, ROASA and Conversion Rates
  • Prepare weekly dashboards and detailed monthly reports for clients (GA4 Exports & Looker Studio)
  • Track and share new trends, policy updates and ad-format betas with the wider team
  • Own tracking setup : GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, pixels, conversion APIs
  • Manage Merchant Centre feeds and troubleshoot Shopping / P-Max issues
  • Spin up targeted landing pages in WordPress, Duda, Shopify, Squarespace etc and wire them for CRO
