The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and a proven ability to manage matters independently. This role offers exposure to a variety of legal fields in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters
• Appear in court and manage litigation files from inception to finalisation
• Draft pleadings, opinions, and legal correspondence
• Provide sound legal advice to clients
• Liaise with counsel and attend consultations

Requirements :

• Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• Minimum of 6 months - 1 year post-admission experience (litigation preferred)
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport preferred
