Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dedicated administrator to maintain workshop service standards and meet multinational repair targets. In this role, you will manage repair jobs, oversee spare part allocations, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely updates. You will also create and maintain filing systems to support administrative functions. Qualifications

  • Administrator experience is advantageous for this role.

Job description

Job Purpose

To ensure that general service administration within the workshop is well maintained, and to ensure that all multinational repair and SLA set targets are met as per requirements.

Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction

  1. Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
  2. Follow up on all incoming and active repair jobs.
  3. Follow up on all multinational active RMAs.
  4. Run and manage all multinational RMA system, monitor ETAs and update system accordingly.
  5. Manage and monitor all multinational spare part backorders and allocations to ensure repair TAT.
  6. Pull a daily and weekly RMA report and provide detailed feedback to management and vendor.
  7. Follow up on repair ETA; provide feedback to customers and update the system accordingly.
  8. Provide accurate and friendly service to customers and interact with other departments as required.
  9. Create and maintain filing systems to adequately provide administration service.
  10. Conform to policies and procedures and maintain a high quality of customer service.
  11. Ensure that all multinational spare parts are assigned to technicians, and all used defective parts are returned within the stipulated TAT.
Qualification And Experience

  1. National Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
  2. Administrator experience will be an advantage.
  3. ITIL foundation (will be an advantage).
  4. 2 years SLA experience.
  5. Microsoft proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Skills And Knowledge

  1. Good knowledge of general administrative and internal processes.
  2. Customer service knowledge.
  3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Communication skills, with excellent telephone manner and e-mail etiquette.
  5. Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft applications.
