We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator – Sales Operations to support our sales team by ensuring a smooth, structured, and efficient sales process. The role serves as the central hub overseeing, standardising and streamlining the sales management processes across the organisation while providing support, tools and resources to the sales team members. This role is critical in keeping salespeople accountable, maintaining accurate data in the CRM system, managing key administrative tasks, and acting as a bridge between the sales team and clients. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, detail-oriented, and able to engage with both internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
Sales Process & CRM Management:
· Ensure the sales team follows structured processes and meets key milestones in the sales funnel.
· Keep the CRM system up to date by filling in missing data, tracking opportunities, and ensuring accurate reporting.
· Monitor pipeline progress and ensure salespeople move opportunities forward in a timely manner.
Proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies in data and work with the sales team to resolve them.
Sales Team Coordination & Support:
· Organise and manage team calendars, ensuring alignment on key meetings and deadlines.
· Follow up on action items, send reminders, and keep the team accountable.
· Create and maintain action lists to track sales activities, ensuring timely completion.
· Provide support in preparing sales materials, proposals, and client documentation.
Support Head of Marketing on operations and co-ordination
Client Liaison & Relationship Management:
· Assist in scheduling meetings between sales teams and prospective clients.
· Follow up with client-side stakeholders to ensure timely responses to requests, document submissions, or meeting confirmations.
· Help potential clients navigate forms, contracts, and information requests with clarity and professionalism.
Ensure a seamless and professional experience for external stakeholders by handling interactions with care and attention to detail.
Minimum qualifications required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum experience required
Industry knowledge, technical competence and skills
· Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com) and experience in data management and required tools (e.g., MS Excel).
· Excellent organisational skills, with a process-driven approach to work.
· Strong ability to follow up, track progress, and ensure accountability without being overly pushy.
· Detail-oriented and proactive, ensuring all necessary information is documented and completed on time.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with sales teams and external clients effectively.
· Experience in managing calendars, scheduling, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to motivate and guide salespeople through processes and deadlines in a supportive, professional manner.
Familiarity with sales funnels and commercial processes is a plus.
