Job description

  1. Greet and welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  3. Maintain an organised booking system, ensuring all appointments are correctly scheduled.
  4. Provide clients with information about available services, promotions, and products.
  5. Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
  6. Manage client check-ins and ensure a smooth flow of appointments.
  7. Handle any client concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
  8. Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
  9. Assist with the sale of retail products and upsell services when appropriate.
  10. Support the team with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and understand their needs.
  3. Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a spa, salon, or similar setting.
  4. Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling systems.
  5. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  6. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
