Location:2 Lacselles Road, Meadowbrook, Edenvale.
Hours:08:00 - 17:00 weekdays.

Job Purpose:
The Administrator – Product Development Team will provide high-level administrative support to the Product Development department, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations, processes, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing administrative duties within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Product Development team.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and take minutes during team sessions.
Maintain and organize department documents, reports, and records, ensuring version control and accessibility.

Operational Coordination:
Monitor and update trackers, development timelines, and process flow documents related to new product initiatives and existing product changes.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., design, warehouse, finance, marketing, QA, and procurement) to ensure alignment on product development activities.
Follow up on outstanding deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across projects.

Reporting & Data:
Assist with the compilation of weekly and monthly product development reports.
Support data entry, tracking of sample statuses, project milestones, and supplier feedback.
Help maintain accurate records of specifications, packaging details, and compliance documentation.

Process Improvement:
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current administrative processes and suggest improvements.
Help implement better filing systems (physical and digital) and process documentation practices.

Communication & Liaison:
Act as the first point of contact for administrative queries within the Product Development department.
Communicate with external suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers regarding samples, timelines, and documentation.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in administration, preferably in sales/products/retail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of administrative processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (beneficial).
Experience with administrative software and tools.
