Our client, operating in the medical space and based in Walmer, Port Elizabeth, is currently looking to employ an experienced Medical Practice Administrator.

Previous experience in a medical administrative role is ideal.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in preparing quotations and handling accounts.
  • Good telephone etiquette and people skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Medical billing experience.
  • Debt collection experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks.
  • Handle medical billing processes and liaise with medical aids.
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts and manage debt collection.
  • Prepare accurate quotations for services rendered.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure smooth operations.
