Key Responsibilities :
Handling phone calls and assisting walk-in customers
Managing filing systems and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with sales and customer inquiries
Handling registers and processing transactions
Performing general administrative tasks and supporting the team as needed
Requirements :
Proven experience in administration, sales, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
