Job summary

Discovery Limited's Discovery Invest division is seeking an Administrator - Fixed Term Contractor to process servicing transactions within the Servicing team. The role supports relationship building with financial advisors and internal/external clients.

The ideal candidate should have Matric and a University degree, at least two years of administrative experience in the LISP industry, and inbound telephone experience; familiarity with Paradigm or Compass is a plus.

Qualifications

• Matric and a university degree.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in the LISP industry.
• 1 year inbound telephone experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of Long-Term Insurance Legislation.
• Experience using Paradigm and Compass is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be able to process all functions within Invest servicing team.
• Knowledge of all Discovery Invest products.
• Administrative and communication skills.
• Assist when needed with queries though telephone and e-mail.
• Make sure that feedback is given where it was supposed to be and then also that nothing is unattended.
• Assisting with adhoc tasks given by management.
• Relationship building with financial advisors and internal and external colleagues/clients.
