Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange and prepare team meetings and activities, be responsible for organizing meetings and catering arrangements during company events, and ensure the smooth implementation of related work.
- Handle business trip bookings (flights, hotels, etc.) and reimbursement processes for team employees, support the smooth progress of business, and ensure the reasonable use of expenses.
- Manage fixed assets, office supplies, and low-value consumables; prepare office supplies for new employees and apply for relevant office software to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Manage various types of correspondence (phone calls, emails, letters, documents, and packages), provide timely support for daily administrative tasks, and improve employee satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain the office environment to ensure it is clean and tidy.
- Assist the General Manager in handling some company affairs.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
- Understand relevant national laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, and be able to propose suggestions for process optimization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Language: Fluent English is preferred.
- Major: No restriction on major; those with an administrative management-related major are preferred.
- Work Experience: Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience are preferred.
- Other Requirements:
- Meticulous and serious in work, proactive, and strong in execution.
- Clear thinking, good organizational and coordination abilities, good communication skills, and affability.
