Applications for the post of Administrative Officer: Assets, are invited from dynamic and vibrant professionals who constantly strive for personal growth and self-improvement. Applicants must be client and service oriented with proven prior administrative experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibility areas:

  • Keep an accurate and updated register of all movable assets under the control of the Residential Services department
  • Conduct regular verification audits of all movable assets under the control of the department according to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the effective and efficient procurement of goods and services for the Residential Services department
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to Residential Services special projects according to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Support department-wide initiatives by working collaboratively across different residences
