Administrative Controller
Job description
Clover is looking for an Administrative Controller: Production Logistics to join the Production team.
The successful individual will ensure the optimum support for Production logistics.
This position is based at Clover Head in Roodepoort.
Requirements

- Business English: Fluent
- Computer literacy (Intermediate)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Calculate actual transfer prices to Commercial: Analyse data for price deviation, investigation, and explanation
- Maintain cost master on ERPLX
- Update and upload cost prices, item prices as well as final product pricing
- Calculate internal product prices
- Update raw milk prices as well as customer prices
- Calculate and validate data and information by utilising multiple data sources and systems
- Train all ERPLX users on transactions – interpretation and guidance
- Administer and maintain the Bill of Materials: Change the monthly BOM master
- Prepare production journals
- Create new Clover products on BPCS system for all business users
- Set up data in MRP
- Administer PCM (Product Configuration Management)
- Set up Clover promotional material SKU's on ERPLX
- Maintain internal client's requirement regarding BPCS master files
- Liaise with PIT on new products and communication to business
- Calculate budget transfer prices: Upload all budget raw ingredients and packaging materials to ERPLX
- Analyse budget vs actual
- Obtain and manipulate applicable data e.g., volumes, prices, scrap factors etc.
- Interpret data, analyse results and provide ongoing reports
- Compile and distribute monthly accounting reports: Generate performance metrics report to procurement
- Calculate volumes report for supply chain development team
- Calculate milk report for supply chain planning
- Calculate variable cost report
- Placing of Purchase Orders for Production, Quality, and Milk Procurement
- Assist financial department and auditors with financial reports
- Assist with year-end stock counts
- Assist with ad-hoc Production logistics projects
- Integrate the ERPLX and PCM system to automatically update data: Automation of the transfer price calculation process via IT platforms
- Automation of procurement price upload
- Draft specifications for all IT development projects within production logistics
- Identify and implement improvements for working processes and service delivered procedures
- Provide insight and solutions by interpreting data, liaising with internal and external customers
- Support production logistics team by performing logistics audits: Conduct annual branch audits and report on findings
