Job description

Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to manage, safekeep, and archive member contract information.

To administer, safekeep, and archive member/customer contract information and Natis Documents.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to member contract queries
  2. Respond to and resolve NATIS queries
  3. Receive and file member information and documents
  4. Archive member contract information
  5. Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies, and procedures
  6. Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance
  7. Complete Individual Development Plan and attend learning and development courses
  8. Participate in peer and team learning initiatives

Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12) (Essential)
  • Certificate in office administration (Advantageous)
  • Valid Driver's License Code 8 - Manual operated vehicle (Essential)
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Essential)

Experience

  • At least 2 years of operational and administrative assistant experience in the Financial Services Industry
