Fedex is looking for an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant at Fedex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the office are carried out effectively. You will work closely with our Management team and assist in managing their schedules, maintaining their files, and coordinating their travel arrangements. Your role is essential in facilitating smooth communication and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain the schedules of the Management team, including booking meetings, coordinating appointments, and making travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and manage outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, related to the office operations.
  • Coordinate and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, and arrange for repairs or replacements when needed.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and sending out invitations.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with office equipment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently as needed.
