Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, handle office administration, and manage correspondence with clients and service providers.
  2. Client Assistance: Assist financial planners in servicing new and existing clients, preparing documentation, application forms, and follow-ups.
  3. Data Management: File, capture client data, and update spreadsheets and word documents.
  4. Transaction Follow-ups: Ensure the smooth implementation of new business and track client transactions.
  5. Client Communication: Be the initial point of contact for client queries and provide telephonic support.

Requirements:

  1. Grade 12 (Matric)
  2. Industry experience in financial services is required.
  3. A post-matric qualification is advantageous.
  4. Own vehicle, transport, and drivers license.
  5. Fully bilingual.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  8. High level of professionalism and a corporate appearance.
  9. Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  10. Proficiency in Adobe PDFs, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
