Job description

We are currently seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type :

  • Part-Time (3 days a week)

Minimum Requirements :

  • South African Citizen Employment Equity (EE) Female candidate as per company policy
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prioritize and manage daily administrative tasks and schedules
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Assist in report preparation, meeting coordination, and data entry
  • Support general office operations to ensure efficiency

Other Important Qualities :

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adaptability to handle shifting priorities and work demands

Advantageous :
