Global Policy Ltd is a leading consultancy firm that specializes in providing strategic policy advice and analysis to governments, international organizations, and businesses around the world. We are currently seeking a capable and dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an Administrative Assistant at Global Policy Ltd, you will play a critical role in supporting our team in their daily operations. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the global policy landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting guests
  2. Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  3. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
  4. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
  5. Assist with the preparation of project proposals and other business development activities
  6. Conduct research and gather data for various projects and assignments
  7. Help plan and organize company events and team meetings
  8. Handle procurement and office supply management
  9. Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, mailing, and filing
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective office operations

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  7. Proactive and resourceful with a can-do attitude
  8. Strong attention to detail
  9. Experience in project coordination and event planning is a plus
