Job description

As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our senior management team, maintaining records and databases, and coordinating office activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
  2. Maintain and organize company files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  3. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  4. Coordinate office activities such as ordering office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and answering phone calls
  5. Manage and update databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  6. Liaise with clients, partners, and other stakeholders on behalf of the company
  7. Assist with event planning and coordination for company events and meetings
  8. Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  9. Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills
  3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
  8. Knowledge of global policy issues is an asset
