Job description

Location : Remote (South africa)

Compensation : $2000 – $2500 / month depending on experience

Role Overview :

We’re looking for an energetic and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support crossdepartmental operations across Membership Café and Programming. You’ll be the connective tissue between onsite teams and internal systems—ensuring smooth communication timely admin and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate internal communications via Slack
  • Manage external vendor comms and order placements (e.g. for Café inventory)
  • Support membership communication and reporting using Peoplevine
  • Format and manage newsletters and templates
  • Generate and organize reports with light analytics from existing software
  • Help streamline workflows across teams and improve system usage
  • Provide proactive updates and followthrough on tasks

Requirements :

  • Strong administrative and coordination experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack Google Workspace and CRM / email systems (Peoplevine a plus)
  • Basic design / layout skills (Canva or light HTML preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Detailoriented selfstarter and highly dependable
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and shifting priorities
