Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Durbanville for an Administrative and Data Management Assistant. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our administrative and data management functions, focusing on accurate data capturing and maintaining organised digital and physical client compliance files to meet FAIS and FICA requirements. You will also provide essential support to the team of wealth administrators, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organisation—all while upholding the highest standards of efficiency and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
  • Administration Diploma(preferred).
  • Basic understanding of the FAIS Act and FICA regulations.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.
  • High level of integrity and a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
