Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Administration & Paraplanning, located in Pretoria. The role includes providing administrative support to the financial advisers, preparing and processing client documentation, managing client records, and assisting with financial planning tasks. The role also involves scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Industry Experience

• Must have own reliable transport

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Previous experience in a financial advisory practice and Sanlam will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to financial advisors

• Assist in the preparation of financial plans, client documentation, Communication and Servicing

• Handle client queries and follow-ups

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations

• Maintain accurate records and assist with workflow management
