Job description

An exciting new opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join our team at Yutjuwala Djiwarr Flexible Aged Care Facility.

Position Details

This is a permanent, full-time role working from Monday to Friday, offering a salary of $75 - $85, PA gross base (dependent on prior experience), plus salary packaging options.

Responsibilities
  1. Providing administrative support, including welcoming guests and visitors
  2. Rostering and diary management
  3. Stock and stationary orders
  4. Invoicing and petty cash management
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with previous experience in an office or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare environment. You should have strong computer skills, be able to multitask, and possess a calm and supportive manner suited to working with elderly residents.
