About The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Ceder Health Services team as Administration Officer, where you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the first point of contact, delivering respectful, professional, and responsive customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Managing client appointments, records, and data using electronic health and practice management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Providing administrative support to the Clinical Team Leader and assist with financial, HR, and resource management tasks.
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives by reviewing processes, supporting risk management, and enhancing service delivery.
  • Fostering a positive, culturally sensitive, and safe work environment aligned with SA Health values and promote equitable access for diverse communities.

Think part time – Term Contract (Temporary until 30 June 2026).

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external agencies, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing workloads and exercise initiative and judgment.
  • Experience providing administrative support in sensitive environments, including domestic family violence and trauma settings, handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in client management systems, record keeping, and advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and contribute positively to workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of administrative, financial, and purchasing procedures within health and welfare services, along with an understanding of common health issues faced by clients.
