Job Summary :

Lead the agile solution design, deployment, ongoing optimization, and evolution of enterprise-wide technology products and services (full stack engineering & ownership/control) across multiple squads in complex & high-impact business areas.

Job Description :
Product & Service Direction Setting, Solution Design & Performance Management :

Work with the CIO & business product owners to define the product & technical strategy (Full Stack – End to End). Act as the single point of partnership & assume responsibility for managing the senior business interface (product owner) relationship. Take accountability for the delivery of products & solutions, ensuring risk management is internalized.

Apply design thinking practices to deliver architecturally sound technical product & service solutions. Lead & facilitate the design of blueprints aligned with organizational strategy (short, medium & long term). Collaborate across the tech value chain to guide the business on technical solutions (cost vs. value) and strategic choices.

Lead detailed scoping, prioritization, & integration planning for deployment with multiple stakeholder groups. Ensure solutions comply with Group Architecture standards, principles, and practices. Monitor performance, ensuring ongoing optimization & cost efficiency.

DevOps :

Leverage expertise in architecture & infrastructure to design and manage development practices across squads. Ensure optimal design & deployment of technical products/services. Implement automation testing, continuous integration & delivery strategies. Guide code development practices and manage application & service maintenance & optimization. Mentor senior developers in DevOps competencies.

Delivery Management :

Manage resource allocation for squads to execute Run & Change elements. Collaborate with transformation & change teams for effective resourcing. Ensure agile practices are followed. Manage product owner relationships & build their technical capabilities. Partner with CTO, CSO, SE, Risk, and enablement functions for alignment.

People :

Attract, recruit, develop, retain, and reward a diverse resource base. Build high-performance, self-directed teams. Ensure the right people are in the right roles to deliver on tech strategy. Use coaching techniques across squads. Manage risk & governance frameworks and vendor selection processes, with accountability for commercial impacts. Deliver projects on time & within budget.

Education :

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
