Qualification and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in a related field
- Relevant working experience in an administrative / coordinative capacity essential
- Computer Literacy in MS Office Suite, with specific reference to Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Valid driver's license

Role and responsibilities :
Management & Department administrative support (Commercial Division)
- Provide full administrative support to the Commercial Director and relevant departments, including diary management, PR, travel arrangements, liaison, presentations, and minutes of meetings
- Manage credit card expenses process
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the commercial division
- Maintain direct liaison with external stakeholders
Commercial administration
- Prepare customized reports daily, weekly, and monthly
- Manage internal projects
- Oversee purchase order capturing and ensure timely payments
- Handle commission administration
- Manage daily communication regarding key customer pricing
- Ensure departmental compliance with policies and procedures
- Address customer queries
- Oversee the department's KRA process
Demand planning
- Contribute to maximizing sales opportunities within the team
- Participate in MRP planning
- Gather sales planning information from the team
- Review data and act on red flags
- Weekly review of planned vs. actual sales and draft sales orders
- Manage draft sales orders, linking Sales and Sales Admin
- Coordinate between commercial, planning, and supply chain regarding order date movements and priorities
Data analysis
- Internal sales analysis (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual)
- Analyze sales baskets based on specific parameters
- Manage deadlines effectively
- External sales data analysis from third parties
- Conduct distribution and gap analysis
- Analyze competition activity and opportunities
- Create reports and calculate brand equity
Customer relationship management / Event management
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention
- Liaise with key customers

- Manage all aspects of event planning and execution
Health and Safety
- Participate in safety forums and meetings
