Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Time and attendance daily capturing and leave capturing
  2. Staff expense claims
  3. Overtime calculations and verification
  4. Absenteeism and leave report verifications
  5. Monthly allowance, KPIs and Ex-Gratia payments
  6. Fuel reporting and deductions
  7. Dummy run verifications
  8. Adjustments, promotions and salary changes
  9. Pay query completing and reporting
  10. Manage and oversee Roster personnel, HR personnel, Branch interns and receptionist
  11. Create, update and maintain employee personnel files
  12. Compiling and completing new employment and terminations
  13. Promotions / Demotions / Transfer
  14. Fuel cards: updates, ordering and cancellations
  15. CTC, U19 / Salary schedule calculations
  16. Service certificates
  17. Provident fund / Retirement Fund Claims, Section 14 transfers
  18. Death / Disability Claims, WCA / COIDA Claims
  19. Confirmation of employment letters
  20. Handling grievances and staff concerns
  21. Petty cash control and reconciliation
  22. Facilitate and coordinate staff functions
  23. Weekly and monthly reports
  24. Meeting minutes

Preferred qualifications / attributes / skills :

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
