Job Purpose
Department of Agriculture, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a competent individual to render administrative support services. The successful incumbent must be willing to travel when required.

Render general clerical support services; Provide supply chain clerical support services; Provide personnel administration clerical support services; Provide financial administration support services and Provide a support service on OHS compliance.
Knowledge of the following: Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics; Legislative framework governing the Public Service; Working procedures in terms of the working environment;
Skills in the following: Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Communication (written and verbal); Planning and organisation; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Remuneration
R 237 453 – R 279 708 per annum (Salary level 5)
