Une opportunité passionnante pour un Clerc Administratif au sein du Life Nkanyisa Mangaung Correctional Centre à Bloemfontein. Le candidat retenu sera responsable des services d'administration essentiels, y compris la gestion des dossiers et la communication avec les patients. Qualifications

  • Diplôme de Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Connaissance des outils bureautiques, notamment MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
  • Une expérience en tant qu'assistant administratif dans un établissement de santé est un atout.

Responsibilities

  • Assurer les fonctions administratives, y compris la gestion des fichiers et la prise de minutes.
  • Capturer avec précision les statistiques des patients et les admissions sur Imeds.
  • Soutenir le Senior Admin Clerk avec diverses tâches ad hoc.

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Administration Clerk and will be responsible for the provision of administration services and support to achieve hospital, company and clients’ strategic objectives

Function Administration Facility Mangaung Correctional Centre Position Administration Clerk Introduction

A vacancy exists for an Administration Clerk at Life Nkanyisa Mangaung Correctional Centre, in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Administration Clerk and will be responsible for the provision of administration services and support to achieve hospital, company and clients’ strategic objectives

Critical Outputs
  • General Administration duties, e.g. maintaining a proper filing system, taking of minutes, etc.
  • Answering telephones and proper handling of verbal and written messages
  • Attend and scribe at meetings and typing of meeting minutes will be an added advantage.
  • Accurate capturing of patient's statistics, admissions and discharges on Imeds.
  • Assisting in reviewing and establishing adequate internal controls.
  • Constantly striving to improve working methods to improve standardization and efficiencies.
  • Archive management.
  • Ensuring organisation and management of patient information.
  • Assisting the Senior Admin Clerk with ad-hoc tasks
  • Other tasks as delegated by Line Manager
Requirements
  • Grade 12(Matric) qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Knowledge of IMEDS will be an added advantageous.
  • Office Administration studies will be added advantage.
  • Experience as an Administration Assistant in a healthcare facility will be an added advantage
