Job description

RPO Recruitments client is looking for an Administration Assistant & Customer Liaison to join their team in Richards Bay KwaZuluNatal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise weighbridge and operational staff in the absence of a site supervisor.
  2. Manage stock accountability and send reports to customers.
  3. Oversee office management including ordering office essentials.
  4. Ensure weighbridge staffing cleanliness and accurate FEL readings.
  5. Address technical and staff-related issues.
  6. Perform adhoc duties as assigned by management.
  7. Conduct site visits to ensure smooth operations and address technical issues.
  8. Supervise train loading operations and ensure proper fuel levels for FELs.
  9. Verify and correct weighbridge data records.
  10. Maintain communication with customers and send necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Degree or Diploma in Administration.
  2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant programs.
  3. High attention to detail.
  4. Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
