A well-established company based in Bryanson requires a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant and Debtors Clerk to support the efficient functioning of the office and manage the collection and maintenance of monthly debtors. This dual role involves handling administrative tasks and debt collection processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric (Grade 12) required; a qualification in Administration, Bookkeeping, or a related field is advantageous.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative and/or debtors role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in dealing with clients.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with Xero software is beneficial (training will be provided if needed).
  • Deadline driven.
