Job description

You will support the Home Manager with a full range of reception, administrative, and basic finance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the home. As often the first point of contact for enquiries, you will demonstrate a professional and welcoming manner to all visitors, residents, and staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors adhere to infection control rules in place at any given time, as well as coordinating testing requirements, organizing couriers, and handling associated administrative tasks.

Our homes are fun environments, and you will also assist with planning and managing events within the home, including celebrating residents' milestone birthdays, fetes, employee presentations, or other activities planned by our Activities Coordinator.
