An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to support the Home Manager in a vibrant and caring environment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, showcasing professionalism and warmth. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with infection control procedures, and coordinating exciting events to celebrate residents' milestones. You will support the Home Manager with a full range of reception, administrative, and basic finance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the home. As often the first point of contact for enquiries, you will demonstrate a professional and welcoming manner to all visitors, residents, and staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors adhere to infection control rules in place at any given time, as well as coordinating testing requirements, organizing couriers, and handling associated administrative tasks.
Our homes are fun environments, and you will also assist with planning and managing events within the home, including celebrating residents' milestone birthdays, fetes, employee presentations, or other activities planned by our Activities Coordinator.
