A healthcare organization in Benoni is seeking an Administration Assistant to provide reception and administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and will help organize events and manage basic finance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be passionate about maintaining a warm and caring environment.
Administration Assistant
You will support the Home Manager with a full range of reception, administrative, and basic finance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the home. As often the first point of contact for inquiries, you will demonstrate a professional and welcoming manner to all visitors, residents, and staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring visitors adhere to infection control protocols, coordinating testing requirements, organizing couriers, and handling related administrative tasks.
Our homes are vibrant and lively environments. You will assist with planning and managing events within the home, such as celebrating residents' milestone birthdays, organizing fetes, employee presentations, and other activities in collaboration with our Activities Coordinator.
