Job description

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist Agents, Team Leaders, and Chief Agents in implementing regional inspectorate activities to meet regional and national strategic and financial objectives.
  • Gather information for the annual planning process within the region.
  • Document information relevant to the monthly agenda for Regional Councils.
  • Support Agents, Team Leaders, and Chief Agents in providing high and effective service to establishments and members.
  • Help Agents in printing inspection schedules for routine inspections.
  • Record the outcomes of routine inspections conducted by Agents.
  • Assist Agents in maintaining relationships with establishments by relaying messages or queries promptly.
  • Send notices to establishments regarding arrears, inspections, contraventions, and other motor industry information.
  • Participate in inspection and regional team activities to promote productivity and effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support related to inspectorate functions.
