Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Agents, Team Leaders, and Chief Agents in implementing regional inspectorate activities to meet regional and national strategic and financial objectives.
- Gather information for the annual planning process within the region.
- Document information relevant to the monthly agenda for Regional Councils.
- Support Agents, Team Leaders, and Chief Agents in providing high and effective service to establishments and members.
- Help Agents in printing inspection schedules for routine inspections.
- Record the outcomes of routine inspections conducted by Agents.
- Assist Agents in maintaining relationships with establishments by relaying messages or queries promptly.
- Send notices to establishments regarding arrears, inspections, contraventions, and other motor industry information.
- Participate in inspection and regional team activities to promote productivity and effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support related to inspectorate functions.
