My client in Rosebank is looking to appoint an experienced and passionate Admin & Logistics Team Member. The successful candidate will be required to provide support to the Central Operations Manager and Team. You will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in general and financial administration functions.

At least 5 years' experience in general finance and administration

Key Performance Areas
Support Role:
Provide an on-going support role to the Central Operations Hub Manager, Team and place-based operations in provinces in which the organisation will work from time to time
In addition to the Central Operations Hub Team, administrative, finance, car hire, travel and accommodation bookings are to be made for place-based Team Members
Responsible for on-going quality control of resources such as projectors and printers for the Central Operations Hub Team and place-based operations
Academy Stock Management:
Responsible for Academy stock control
Replenish Academy stock as and when required
Submit Academy stock recon to Finance and Admin & Logistics Team Leader on a monthly basis
Academy Support:
Responsible for packing Academy resources
Finance:
Reconcile and submit documentation for payments to Finance Division on a weekly basis
Update Asset Register as required and forward to the Admin & Logistics Team Leader for submission to the Finance Division on an annual basis
Responsible for all aspects of financial administration
Flights, accommodation, car hire and Uber receipts are to be logged on SharePoint weekly
Data Capturing:
Evaluation Forms to be captured onto the database
Responsible for Document Control - Ensuring data quality
Manage M&E Forms stock levels
Freelancers:
Together with Central Operations Hub Manager allocate Freelancers to engagements. Invoices to be approved by the Central Operations Hub Manager prior to submission to the Finance Division
Logistics:
Assist Central Operations Hub Manager with venue bookings for events and Academies
Organise flights, accommodation and car hire bookings with the organisation's preferred car hire company - as mentioned above these services will also be provided for place-based Team Members
Arrange transport for Faculty and schools
Administration and Logistical Support:
Post Academy documentation filing on SharePoint (photos etc.)
Liaising with M&E and sharing pre- and post-engagement documentation
Confirming Matric results from existing lists
Assistance with logistics for all events including venue confirmation, catering, materials and transport
Procurement:
Assist with the procurement of Academy resources; office appliances/ resources and transport for Academies
