Job Roles & Responsibilities

Now let us tell you about the role:

  • Credit note investigation, approval, and reporting
  • Calculating rebates and price changes for customers
  • Daily and weekly reporting for depot managers and other departments
  • Weekly and monthly reporting for all customers
  • Weekly and monthly invoicing for Panda Ireland
  • Assisting Team Leads with month-end processes, including data checks
  • Performing any ad hoc duties as requested by the Department Manager
The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Have 2+ years of administration experience in a busy environment
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Have a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Be enthusiastic with a professional telephone manner
  • Be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
  • Have excellent attention to detail
Schedule

Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM
