Job description

iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa's largest Apple Premium Reseller.

With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa, iStore provides expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training, and technical support for all things Apple.

As an iStore Admin Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams, providing supportive feedback, and ensuring both team members and customers have a valued experience.

Your responsibilities include ensuring that the back-of-house iStore operations run effectively, efficiently, and optimally, while reducing overall risk to the business by ensuring adherence to all iStore policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

You will focus on enhancing operations and continuously reviewing systems and processes to align with best practices for the business.

You Need To Have
  • A completed Matric (Tertiary qualification would be advantageous)
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a complex and high turnover environment
  • Retail operations experience and knowledge
  • Matrix management capability to ensure cooperation across business functions
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a desire to learn quickly, and to be agile and strategic
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Proven success in driving store targets and results
