Job summary

National Diploma (NQF level 6) / Degree (NQF level 7) in Office or Public Administration / Logistic Management
Requirements :
- Grade 12 plus National Diploma (NQF level 6) /Degree (NQF level 7) in Office or Public Administration / Logistic Management or relevant qualification as recognised by SAQA.
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience in Auxiliary Services.
- A valid driver's license.
- Competencies: Planning and organizing, Initiative, Supervisory skills, Communication skills, Report writing skills, Facilitation skills, knowledge of relevant prescripts (PFMA, Treasury Regulation, GRAP, GAAP, PSA, PSR), etc.
Duties :
- Control the provision of auxiliary services and ensure their effectiveness.
- Administer office support services and ensure the functionality of kitchen equipment.
- Monitor and administer cleaning services, cleaning equipment, personal protective equipment, and cleaning materials.
- Administer reproduction and printing services, including bulk copying and printing.
- Provide support for reception, switchboard, boardroom services, mobile communication, and telecommunication services.
- Supervise resources (human, equipment/assets).
- Monitor discipline and assess performance.
- Compile various reports and statistics, and administer leave.
