Job description

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Officer within the Corporate Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Oversee daily administrative functions, including invoicing, record-keeping, and report generation
  • Assist with the processing and management of internal orders
  • Administer Socio-Economic Development (SED) information and ensure compliance with BEE123 system standards, including capturing sponsorship data, managing related documentation, and preparing and submitting reports
  • Coordinate and manage sponsorship agreements, ensuring timely tracking of deliverables and milestones
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of annual BEE audits and assessments related to SED activities
  • Manage internal orders for TWK corporate clothing, stationery, and promotional materials
  • Support coordination of team activities, including travel arrangements and required bookings
  • Liaise with project partners to monitor progress and provide regular updates
  • Prepare monthly reports on sponsorships and other related requirements
  • Manage retail sales operations for the TWK Outdoor range, including handling customer inquiries, processing sales transactions, and providing product recommendations
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records and minimise discrepancies
  • Assist with the coordination of content for the Radius, and support the scheduling and management of social media communications

Qualifications And Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (advantageous)
  • Previous experience in admin related role
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with BEE compliance tools, such as BEE123
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and present reports clearly and effectively
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
  • Willing to travel
